What about purchasing fake reviews?

Yes, there will always be the temptation to cheat people and singe our conscience in the process. We know you care about others and have more integrity that that.  Besides, consumers recognize the differences between legitimate reviews and fake.  Additionally many review sites have algorithms that can detect fake reviews discrediting them and or strict consequences for posting fake reviews which can ultimately damage your business and personal reputation.

How can my reviews get indexed by search engines and help my search engine ranking position?

Reviews that are manually entered into a page on your web are most likely not recognized by Google as Reviews, so there is no “Review Signal” credit to help your ranking.

However, our system can stream your Customer Reviews to your website in “Rich Snippet Markup” format which allows Google to recognize it as a Review giving you “Review Signal” credit.  Also as our system directs your customers to key review sites like Google, Yelp and other relevant niche review sites within your industry Google will index those reviews as well.

How can your review management system help me avoid negative reviews?

Our customer review management system has an initial 1 click customer intent screen where customers first indicate if they are happy or unhappy with your product or service.  If a customer has indicated they are unhappy they are directed to an email to share their concern giving you an opportunity for Recovery before they leave a review.  Most of the time customers are simply seeking to have their issue resolved and this process gives you an opportunity to do well, what you love doing, which is take great care of your customers.

How long will it take for me to get reviews and see the benefits?

This depends on a multitude of variables.  One of the factors that will impact your review building process will include the frequency of customer engagement.  Some industries will interact with dozens of customers a day while others will interact with only a few a week.  The key is to begin the process and recognize the sooner you begin the sooner you can gain a clear competitive advantage against competitors and reap the rewards.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online payment system accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Debit or Credit Cards.  Online payment is the best process for payment as it give you the quickest access to your login.

Do you offer discounts for Annual Payment?

Yes.  When you pay for an annual subscription you will only pay for 10 Months and get 2 Free.  To upgrade your monthly billing subscription to an annual billing subscription you will need to contact us at least 5 days prior to your next monthly billing cycle.

What if I want to upgrade to a Multi location account later?

You can upgrade to a multi location account by contacting our support team and requesting an upgrade.

Are there any term commitments?

No.  While we would certainly be sad to no longer be in your service, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@growology.com. Upon cancellation your review management system will remain active until your billing cycle ends.
